Team provision
Structured, evidenced-based group sessions that build stronger, more reflective teams and make quality supervision accessible across your whole service.
What it is
Group supervision brings practitioners together in a facilitated space to reflect on shared challenges, learn from one another and develop as a collective. Done well, it builds team cohesion, reduces isolation and creates a culture where reflection becomes part of how your service operates.
Our group sessions are carefully structured, not informal team meetings. Each session is facilitated by an experienced clinical supervisor who holds the space professionally, ensures all voices are heard and maintains clear boundaries around confidentiality and process.
Group sizes are kept small, typically four to eight participants, to ensure depth of engagement and a genuinely safe environment for all.
The benefits
Practitioners learn from each other's experience and perspectives, building a richer shared understanding of complex clinical situations.
Shared reflection normalises difficulty, reduces individual burden and builds the collective capacity to hold demanding work sustainably.
Group supervision makes regular, quality provision accessible for services with limited budgets, without compromising on depth or clinical rigour.
How it works
We work with service managers and team leads to design group supervision that fits your team's structure, schedule and clinical context. Sessions are typically monthly or bi-monthly, delivered online or in person, and run for between 90 minutes and two hours.
"When a team reflects together well, it does not just support individual practitioners. It changes the culture of the whole service."
