One-to-one provision
Structured, professional and safe. Delivered by experienced mental health professionals who understand the world you work in.
What it is
Individual clinical supervision is a protected, confidential space for you to reflect on your clinical work, explore complex cases and tend to your own professional wellbeing, with a supervisor who understands the specific context you practise in.
Our one-to-one supervision is delivered by qualified, experienced mental health professionals. Each supervisor is matched carefully to the supervisee, taking into account clinical background, therapeutic modality and the setting they work in.
Sessions are structured using evidence-based supervision frameworks, ensuring your time is purposeful and productive. Not just a check-in, but genuine professional development.
How it works
We begin with a free 30-minute call to understand your role, caseload and supervision needs, and to ensure we match you with the right supervisor.
You will be introduced to a supervisor whose background and experience aligns with your clinical setting, therapeutic modality and the population you work with.
Typically monthly or fortnightly, delivered online or in person, and structured to meet BACP, BABCP, BPS or your relevant professional body requirements.
What to expect
Good supervision attends to three things: the quality and safety of your clinical work, your ongoing professional development, and your wellbeing as a practitioner. Our sessions are structured to hold all three. Not just the caseload, but the person doing the work.
"Good supervision is not a luxury for practitioners. It is a professional and ethical necessity and the foundation of safe practice."
