This part of our work is aimed primarily at those responsible for the quality and governance of a service: directors, heads of service, team managers and HR leads in HE and charity settings.
It is particularly relevant for organisations working towards the University Mental Health Charter Award, seeking compliance assurance, or rebuilding supervision infrastructure after a period of reduced provision.
We are familiar with the UMHC Framework and can help services build the supervision infrastructure needed to meet its principles, supporting your application for the Award or ensuring continued compliance with its standards.
